Professor Randall S Peterson is Academic Director of the Leadership Institute. His current research activities include investigating: leading diverse teams, how CEO personality affects top management team interaction, leadership transitions in organisations, board effectiveness, conflict management in teams, and the effects of member personality on group interaction and performance.

Michael Wade is a Professor of Innovation and Strategy at IMD and holds the Cisco Chair in Digital Business Transformation. He is the Director of the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation, an IMD and Cisco Initiative. His areas of expertise relate to strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.

Paul is Programme Director of the Oxford Programme on Negotiation (OPN).

As well as teaching on OPN, Paul teaches negotiation, persuasion and influence, decision-making and leadership on a variety of other programmes at the School.

Andreas is an executive coach with the Global Leadership Centre at INSEAD; co-designer and convenor of ESMT's yearly Coaching Colloquium, was co-organizer of the International Coaching Research Forum in collaboration with the Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School, and regularly contributes to top academic and practitioner conferences.
